  On August 27, 2010, WLF filed a brief in the U.S. Supreme Court, urging it to overturn an appeals court decision that permitted a securities fraud lawsuit to go forward against a pharmaceutical company based on its failure to disclose to investors alleged safety concerns regarding one of its drugs.
